At Mindful Harmony Equine, our mission is to share Equine Education in a safe space for horses and humans to learn; no matter their age, experience, or abilities.
At Mindful Harmony Equine, we believe listening to the horse first is necessary to have any type of partnership with them. Whether on or off the horse, we must listen. Second, we need to be aware of ourselves, how are we showing up and what energy are we bringing to our horses. Then, we adjust. Based on our horses feedback and our own body's, we adjust to move forward. No matter your discipline, and whether or not you ride, the foundation and connection to create a partnership is the same.
Zoe has been a horseman for over a decade, beginning in horse rescue, and learning from the ground up. She has learned from the basics of gentling all the way through competitive show jumping with 4H and local gymkhanas in between.
As of March 2025, Zoe has also added the training and title of Equi-First Aid USA Instructor to her toolbox and these classes to our services.
