For equestrians of all ages and abilities. This clinic focuses on getting to know the human's mind and emotions, how they affect their horse, and how to begin and continue to take control of your own mind and emotions in order to best benefit you and your horse. Whether that be on the ground, in the barn, arena, or competition ring.
The first 1/2 day will be focused in a classroom style with self-discovery, the remainder of the clinic will be with the horses, mounted or unmounted.

Similar to the mindset clinic in getting to know oneself better, but with a focus on learning how to create and build confidence as an individual both on and off the horse. This clinic can support those who are brand new to horses, are seasoned but have faced a set back, and anyone in between.

Combining her education in Gestalt and background with horses, Zoe creates a personalized and educational experience for all participants. These clinics also include experiences that auditors will be included in to expand their learning as well.
Timeline
Clinics can range from 1 to 3 days dependent on the number of participants.
The first 1/2 day (either the evening before or morning half of day) is unmounted and classroom style learning, this will include all participants and all auditors.
The second 1/2 of the day, or the first full day, will begin the mounted (or unmounted with horses in hand) portion. Each 1/2 day with horses can fit 3 groups of 3 each for a total of 9 participants.

Collegiate teams with large numbers of riders, we have options to work with you as well.
Costs
The base cost for local clinics is $200 for participants and $75 for auditors, this includes all days of the clinic and materials needed and brought by Zoe.
Lunch and extras not provided Mindful Harmony Equine.
